An absolute gem. A short walk from the beach, Venetian Waterway, the Pier, Fair, Sealife centre, shops. In the other direction you can walk besides the river and enjoy peace, quiet and gorgeous views. The house is lovely with all you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. Beds very comfy. Outside space great for relaxing under string lights after a day out. Lounge is comfy, kitchen well equipped. We would definitely visit again.
